なんちゃって創作料理？ / My weird creation

昨日冷蔵庫にあるもので何ができるかなと考えながらサーチしたら、家でできるフレンチみたいなレシピを見つけた。それを参考して作ったのはこれ↓↓



おしゃれに見えるでしょう〜♪

でも、実は味は本当に普通でした。

ただなすをスライスしてグリルしてからセルクルでこんな形にしただけ。中身はチキンミンチと玉葱、えのき、エリンギなどいろいろ混ぜたもの。



まぁ、所謂ハンバーグのようなものね。

なんで美味しくできないかな。。。

Found a funny recipe about cooking French / Japanese fusion at home. Tried it with the available ingredients and it turned out probably 60% similar to the original.

Well...presentation was ok, but the taste was just so-so. Nothing that I'd want to try making again. I wonder whether it's my problem or the recipe itself.

Hmm....chicken with egg plant...maybe I can think of some better combination?
