I don't like eating by myself. But I have to do that everyday when hubby is at work.
So today I was struggling again when it was time for lunch.
But since I promised I will rebuild my health I have to eat 3 meals a day properly. (yeah sound stupid but I just really don't like the fact that I have to cook, eat, and wash everything on my own).
Anyway, made some tomato and egg stir fry for lunch. Something my grandma used to make. The texture and flavor of this dish is always appetizing. Hubby loves this dish too.
And it's not hard to make.
Just cut 1 tomato, mince 2 cloves of garlic, beat 2 eggs (add a pitch of salt). Fry garlic in oiled fry pan, add in tomato and fry for another 3 minutes. Add sugar (1 tsp) and stir well. Pour in the egg and turn off the heat before the egg is fully cooked.
