ここの卵にやられた! / American eggs did me!

We're throwing a small dessert party at our place tonight.
In preparing, I started with making a tiramisu last night.
I know people are very concern about eating raw eggs here so I actually put the egg yolk under heat until it reached 83 degrees...
Everything looked pretty good. Taste was good.
But wait!!! 5 minutes after my litte taste test my stomach started to go upside down.
Must have been the milk I had before that...so I thought.
Hubby volunteered to try some and turned out he had the same trouble right after.
Okay now what? The egg white? What could have gone wrong?
Fine, so I screwed up with the eggs. No more tiramisu tonight. But what about the cream puffs? Should I risk it with custard cream? It would be cooked! But nah, I'm just gonna make it chou a la creme. Whipped cream would be the safest bet.
I don't want my friends to go home with a stomach problem.
But then now I'd have to fill the tiramisu hole with something else....
hmmm...maybe some cookies then.
What a pain! Eggs eggs eggs!!!

今日うちでデザートパーティを行われるので、昨日から準備を。
早めに何かを作ろうと思って昨夜ティラミスを作りました。
味見したところ、美味しかった〜
が、卵黄を加熱してやったにもかかわらず、試食した後、早速おなかがの調子がおかしくなってきた。(><)
あ〜〜〜、卵白もだめな???
ていうか、なぜ?
作り方には問題なかったはずだし。。。清潔の問題でもないし。。。
本当にショックだったわ。
どうしよう。。。ティラミスがぼずになっちゃった。。
卵のせいか?とにかく怪しい〜
シュークリームのカスタードも駄目になるなら、リスクをとらずシューアラクレームにするしかないね。
取り急ぎクッキーでも焼かないと・・・
面倒だ〜!
