感想：

この二週間飲茶2回も行ってきました。先週はボストンにいる高校時代の友達と一緒に、今日は主人の友人の送別会で行ってまいりました。

話によるとボストンではこの中華街にあるレストランの飲茶が一番美味しくて人気らしい。

外で見ると入り口が小さいですが、中は結構広いです。

香港のそこら辺の「彩龍大酒楼」のような雰囲気と言えば分かるかな？（まぁ、ローカルのレストランって感じです）

いろいろ食べましたが、写真は一枚だけ。




味はまぁ、ここではいいほうでしょうね。香港とバンクーバーと比べないでと言われたので、美味しいと言っときます。

海老餃子（蝦餃）は食べてないけど、「潮州粉果」は皮が分厚い以外文句がないです。デザート類は結構いけて、豆腐花もエッグタルトも美味しかった。

ただし、うちら2人は「味精」（味の素）にものすごく反応しやすくなってきて、家に帰ってきてから2時間ほど昼寝しちゃいました。今でもちょっと頭がボ〜としてます。

でもそれは個人の問題なので、他の人は大丈夫はずです。（＾＾）ｂ

日本で飲茶行ってないので比べれないですが、多分美味しいほうじゃないかな。本格的な中華ですので是非行ってみてください。

Went to China Pearl 2 weeks in a role.
According to my friend from highschool who's now living in Boston, China Pearl is really THE place to go for dim sum. When we went, we did see people waiting for seats. But then it was easy today when we went in a big group of 10 people cuz' they showed us to our table right away without making us wait.

The entrance may look a little small to you, but the interior is quite spacious. Just like a neigborhood restaurant you'd find in Hong Kong.

Since I was told I shouldn't compare the taste with ones in Hong Kong and Vancouver, I'd give it 3 stars. It was good overall. I think their desserts are on the better side.

The egg tarts were good and the sweet tofu was really smooth too. Though I didn't like the Chinese donuts they used in the congee, which wasn't that great either, and the thickness of their dumplings.

But all in all it was a good place considering there aren't really that many choices in the East coast.

One problem we faced was we get really sleepy after we eat out. So we came home and slept for 2 hours and I am still feeling a bit like a zombie at the moment. It's the MSG in the food and my husband and I are exceptionally sensitive to it since we try to use everything natural when we cook at home.

I suppose most people would not have problem with it so it is still a place that worths going.
