Made some angel hair with grilled prawns in tomato sauce. Just because I wanted to use the new plates I got from Wrentham Village. heehee
Speaking of prawns, they are so expensive in Japan! It costs about 500yen for a few of them. Since frozen prawns are not too expensive here I tend to keep a bag in my freezer most of the time. It's a good change from meat and poultary.
The weather was really sunny yesterday and the dish looked even better with the natural lighting. Unlike the pictures I took at night that are dark and yellowish. (It's just so dark in the living room you know! We have 4 lights but it's still not enough to make it as bright as we want it to be).
