牛筋丸米 / Rice noodle with beef balls
お鍋で残った牛筋丸と桂林米粉で一人前のお昼。
日本では手に入れない牛筋丸。。。やっぱり美味しい〜♪

香港にいたとき時々食べたくなる牛筋丸米は自分でも作れてちょっと嬉しい。
This is one of my favorites. Rice noodle with beef balls. This is really a typical light meal that most people in HK would have.
The fact that beef balls are not available in Japan I haven't had it for a long time. But since I found some from the local Chinese supermarket here for our hot pot dinner, I made myself this long missed treat for lunch the other day.
YUM! It's just great to be able to make myself comfort food every once in a while.
