バンクーバーではDine Out Vancouverがやっていますので、友人とYaletownにあるBlue Water Cafeに行ってきました。

ボストンでサービスのないサービスを受けていたためか、あまりにも丁寧で上品なサービスに喜んでいた。

＄３５のセットメニューから３品を選びました。４人で行ったのでいろいろ食べれました。

前菜：　
（１）Seafood Trio prawn in filo with mango-chili puree, clam fritter with cumin-tomato sauce, scallop ceviche with blood orange
（２）Kazuo Tataki seared bonito with ponzu sauce and honey-mustard

　

メイン：　
（１）Kushari lentils, rice, angel hair pasta, chickpeas and crisp onions served with broccolini and harissa tomato sauce
（２）Arctic Char a la Plancha stir-fried rice with shiitake mushrooms and long beans, lobster sauce
（３）Roasted Beef Striploin caramelized onion jus, blue cheese yorkshire pudding

（１）Praline Cheesecake pear salsa with saffron, orange-pear sorbet
（２）Chocolate Melody dark chocolate mousse cake, madelaine, sorbet, lady finger
（３）Pumpkin Panna Cotta tahitian angel food cake, vanilla ice cream, granola streusel
