Smoke Salmon Sandwich

これって、料理といえないよね。。。

サンドイッチで夕食。
ちょっと物足りない？
でも、うちの食パンは結構大きいので、大きいサンドになりました。




中身：野菜、スモークサーモン、玉ねぎ、Ｃａｐｅｒｓ、レモン、塩コショウだけです。
勿論、パンにはちょっと「脂肪」を塗いたよ。　（＾＾）ｂ

Lazy me used the smoke salmon I have at home to put together this sandwich.
Freshly baked bread is super soft!!

What's inside: veggie (lettuce would work fine), smoke salmon, onion, capers, lemon (optional), salt, pepper and butter.

Easy easy easy. Can't call it home cooking can I?
