Gourmet @ home (cooking class)

先週の土曜日に行ってきたクッキングレッスンも楽しかった。
家でも洋食作っていますが、いつも使っている材料と違うもの使って料理をするのがいいですね。

作った食べたのは・・・
















等等・・・

感想は・・・簡単で美味しかったです。
でも、ポテトってやっぱすごい！バターとクリームをたっぷり入れたら勿論美味しいけど、カロリーもすごいよね。。。

This cooking class was great too.

Though I didn't like the instructor as much as the other one with whom I took French cooking class with, I did learn something new. Especially working with pork loin. It's easy but you really don't do that at home until you have the chance to experience it somewhere.

Gourmet at home is not too difficult. But better when done with friends. =)
