I picked up a previous bad habit after my recent retreat to Hong Kong.
I used to drink quite often. The habit probably began during the training for my first airline job. I started drinking by myself before bedtime because of the twisted schedule. Then when I was working in HK, since the office was right by Lan Kwai Fong, I often went drinking with my co-workers after getting off work at around 10ish. From 1 glass to half bottle, then half bottle to up to 2. (But despite all that I've never really gotten drunk enough to have temporary memory loss.)
Given all that in the past, I've long stopped drinking much for the past couple years.
But this time, it's all coming back.
Although I'm not drinking as much as before I tend to crave 1 to 2 drinks every night.
The worst thing is, I'm liking the light headed feeling. Probably a real bad sign.
