Those of you who've had Chinese food in Vancouver or Hong Kong would probably think this restaurant can not even compete with a regular "cha chan ting". It's lacking flavor and "smell". It looks alright but you get tired of basically everything after 1 bite of it.
Overall, I'd say it's home made level (or not even that). The spring roll is actually samosa (probably bought from some super market) and the "shu mai" was just a huge beef ball with wrapping.
With this price I'd rather have something simple than to have a choice of 37 dishes of below average food.
