OK, I was writing this in English and then the whole article disappeared! Let me calm down myself before writing it all over again...
I mentioned my friend is in town. Since she's pregnant we had a bit trouble finding a place to eat out. You know, 99% of all restaurants here may have non-smoking seats but it doesn't mean you can have dinner in a smoke free environment. In most cases, they only put up a non-smoking sign on your table but people could be smoking right beside you.
So, we finally found this place that have little private rooms. Since it was a Sunday night, it wasn't too crowded thus not smoky. The 4 of us had a good time catching up.
Almost everything was quite delicious. We especially liked the "agedashi tofu" (deep fried tofu in sauce) there. The tofu was really soft and the sauce was yummy. Steamed chicken and gobo salad was interesting too.
"Tofu takoyaki" (tofu ball with octopus inside) and "yurine manju" (juicy meat wrapped by lily bulb pastry). Everything was delicious!
I hope it won't get very smoky when it's crowded. Otherwise, no matter how good their food may be, I wouldn't want to revisit it.
I think this restaurant is worth recommending to friends in Osaka.
