やった～～♪
やっとまた行きたい中華レストランを見つけたよ！！！！

この前テレビで中華の特集をやっていて、いろいろメモたから、今日友人が東京から来ていて早速一緒に食べに行ってきた。

最初は「上海蟹コース（３５００円）」でもしようかなと思ったけど、入ったら、昔から大好きなものが目に入っちゃってさ。。。ついつい頼んでしまいましたね。

豚の耳、くらげと大根の和え物、ピータン豆腐～♪どれも美味しかった！

豚の耳がコリコリで進んでしまう！くらげと大根も意外と合うね！さすがに上海人がやっているお料理で私は口に合うから嬉しいです。

本当に満足満足！！！

鍋芭、海参、上海蟹と年糕（上海風お餅）の炒め、上海焼きそば、チャーハン。。。本当に嬉しくて感動しちゃった。

途中シェフさんの一人が話し掛けてきて、久々北京語で喋った。

どうもお店はオープン一年未満で店内いろんなところからのお祝いが残っている。ホテルから、辻調の校長先生からも、ちょっと関心あるね。

あ～、美味しいところ見つけちゃったな。。。

I finally found the very first Chinese restaurant that I'd want to go back again! (^^)b

It's run by Chinese probably from Shanghai. And I saw quite a few greetings from famous hotels and the principal of Tsuji Cho (the school I went to last year). I assume the owner is pretty experienced.

I saw it on TV the other day about this place and decided to bring my friend from Tokyo there. Initially I planned to order the crab set dinner. But when we got there, the menu caught my eyes!!!

Pig ears, jelly fish with daikon salad, tofu with aged duck egg, all my favorites!!!!!!!! Couldn't resist I gave up the crab thing but instead I ordered stir fry chinese mochi with crab. That was delicious too!!!

The sea cucumber was not as good as I thought but I still enjoyed it. You know, it's more sentimental to have things like that.

The chef came up to say hi and we chatted a little bit. Got to use my mandarin a bit and they sounded quite friendly. The food is not too expensive compare to other places and the food is better than most places anyway.

I'm so thankful that this restaurant is actually not too far from home so I can go back as often as I want to.
